We find that there are a lot of people that get suckered into letting a FAKE Microsoft technician onto your computer and the next thing you know, you have been hacked and have no control, if any, over your computer or laptop. We have a few things to help you out:
- Access you remotely and find out how bad it is.
- Have you bring it in to be checked out.
- Bring the computer in top be cleaned.
- Bring it in to have the Operating System reloaded. (the OS)
Having the OS reloaded – means that we will save your active data, delete the drive, reformat the drive, reload the operating system on it, run the updates and then put your data back on it.
